About Us

We are a litigation chamber with committed practitioners who represent clients in the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court & Tribunals in Delhi for a wide range of disputes and offer accessible services to all litigants, overcoming any barriers faced on account of gender or disability. Representation in Court

We draft, file and argue cases in the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court & Tribunals in Delhi. We also brief senior advocates if the case so requires.

We draft legal notices for eviction, non-payment of rent, cheque bouncing, employment dues etc. This includes demand notices under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code and similar statutory notices. We also draft wills, gift deeds, partition deeds, agreements for goods and services etc.

Advisory

We advice clients on whether to pursue a case in court or settle it out of court. We also offer opinions on legal issues that arise in workplace or otherwise. 

Pro Bono

We believe in inclusivity and are fully committed to overcoming any limitations faced by the vulnerable sections of the society in accessing legal services. We undertake pro bono work in criminal law, such as in cases of capital punishment, bail, appeals from convictions, and in civil law, in cases of pension, matrimonial disputes, etc.

Shivani is a graduate of the National Law Institute University, Bhopal, with more than eight years of experience at the bar, and an Advocate on Record at the Supreme Court of India. 

​

She pursued her masters’ course from the University of Oxford, backed by the prestigious Chevening Scholarship offered by the British Council, United Kingdom. She has co-authored the book, 'The Patent Case Digest for India', a Thomson Reuters publication.

​

She has prior experience working in the Chambers of Senior Advocate Gautam Narayan and the Chambers of Senior Advocates Haripriya Padmanabhan and Gopal Sankaranarayanan in the Delhi High Court & Supreme Court. She has also practiced at the Bombay High Court with Khaitan & Co. ​
