  • Scope of parliamentary privileges under Articles 105, 194 in the context of bribery in return for votes in the Parliament [Sita Soren (2024)].

  • Sub-classification in SC/ ST reservation under Article 16 [Davinder Singh (2024)].

  • Scope of inclusion of private resources as material resources of the community under Art. 39(b) [Property Owners Association (2024)].

Criminal Law:

  • Challenge to conviction and sentencing in heinous cases.

  • Relevant date for computing limitation under S. 468 CrPC.

  • Suspension of sentence, quashing petitions etc.

Civil Law:​

  • Denial of pension under the GPF Scheme.

  • Challenge to public appointments conducted arbitrarily and against merit.

BCL (LL.M.)

University of Oxford

Completed the Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL/ LL.M.) course at the University of Oxford, UK with a focus on the subjects: Comparative Equality Law, Comparative Human Rights, Commercial Remedies and International Dispute Settlement.

Secured the fully funded Chevening Scholarship offered by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office UK, to pursue the BCL/ LLM course.

Seminar Course

NLU Delhi

Taught a seminar course to 4th year and 5th year students at National Law University, Delhi, on the subject 'Liberty under Criminal Law: Bail & Premature Release'. ​The course covered:

  • Various types of bail under the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), such as default bail, anticipatory bail, regular bail, statutory bail and suspension of sentence pending appeal.

  • Twin conditions of bail under special statutes such as the NDPS Act (S. 37), the PMLA Act (S. 45), the UAPA Act (S. 43D(5))  etc.

  • Premature release, remission, commutation etc. by the executive, legislature and judiciary.

NLU Delhi

Taught a seminar course to 4th year and 5th year students at the National Law University, Delhi, on the subject 'Comparative Equality Law'.

The course focused on a comparative law study of various grounds of discrimination, such as, race/ caste, sex, sexual orientation, gender, religion and disability.
