Various types of bail under the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), such as default bail, anticipatory bail, regular bail, statutory bail and suspension of sentence pending appeal.

Twin conditions of bail under special statutes such as the NDPS Act (S. 37), the PMLA Act (S. 45), the UAPA Act (S. 43D(5)) etc.
